This is a 2.5 hour ceremony to explore your big hariy challenge. We will use people to make a moving map of the system you are trying to change. The relationships between the players will reveal fresh insights into your current challenge.

This is a focused strategy session that will get you from idea to action in 2 hours. We take a systems approach that helps you map the current system, name your goal, define strategy, clarify your foundation, and list next steps.

Mini Retreat: Team Refresh
Give your team a chance to settle back into their bodies and use simple physical gestures and presencing techniques to find a way forward, get unstuck, and forge new trust and care with one another. 2-3 hours.

When sacred space is well held, we are able to access profound knowing, healing, and connection. This comes through co-experiencing with others, release of cultural expectations, and opening to possibility. We enter sacred space to follow the impulses of our body and let go of the mind.
Jeanie holds a twice-monthly ecstatic dance group for unguided movement to totally awesome music, each oriented around a theme, and co-produces quarterly dance retreats.

Based on the shores of Lake Michigan in Leelanau County, I serve Northern Michigan, especially the Grand Traverse Region, Antrim, Benzie, and Manistee Counties.
I create environments that allow people to be themselves, get honest, and generate a vision for what they want.
The words we choose, the questions we ask, and the ways we receive each other will lead to different outcomes. I know how to design an experience so that you get the outcome you need.
My first love and first teacher is the natural world. Nature and ecology principles compel me to work collaboratively, systemically, and for the long haul.
My second teacher is the people and groups I work with. Every individual is wonder and a world of experience and wisdom. Every group is a microcosm of the whole and a source of creativity and solutions.
